Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct and content that are not allowed in connection with ExtraLink's Services. It applies to all customers, account holders, their users, and anyone accessing the Services through their account. This AUP is not exhaustive, and ExtraLink reserves the right to take remedial action in connection with content or uses not specifically described below where they threaten the security, integrity, or reputation of our network, our customers, or third parties.

You may not use the Services to create, host, store, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make available content or engage in activity that:

2.1 Is illegal or facilitates illegal activity, in any applicable jurisdiction;

2.2 Involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors;

2.3 Constitutes terrorism, extremism, or violent content, or provides support or resources to designated terrorist or criminal organizations;

2.4 Involves gambling, betting, or unlicensed lottery operations, except where fully licensed and lawful in all applicable jurisdictions;

2.5 Constitutes fraud, phishing, deception, or scams, including deceptive financial schemes, fake support pages, and credential theft;

2.6 Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets, or circumvents technological protection measures;

2.7 Contains or distributes malware, including viruses, worms, Trojans, ransomware, spyware, and botnets;

2.8 Facilitates cyberattacks or unauthorized access, including hacking, intrusion, denial-of-service attacks, port scanning at scale, credential stuffing, and delivery of exploits;

2.9 Constitutes spam or abusive messaging, including unsolicited bulk email (UCE), SMS, messaging spam, list washing, and mailbombing;

2.10 Harasses, threatens, defames, or doxxes individuals, or promotes hatred or violence;

2.11 Circumvents sanctions, export controls, or anti-money-laundering obligations, or is conducted on behalf of sanctioned persons or jurisdictions; or

2.12 Violates the policies of third-party providers, where content or traffic is delivered through, or processed by, third-party networks, upstream AI model providers, or other platforms integrated with the Services.

3.1 You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to ExtraLink's systems, networks, consoles, or other customers' resources, or test, scan, or probe them without authorization.

3.2 You may not interfere with or disrupt the Services, or degrade the experience of other customers, including through resource abuse, traffic flooding, or operating services that are vulnerable to compromise in a way that harms others.

3.3 You must promptly remediate any compromised account, system, or API key under your control.

4.1 Cloud Servers

You are responsible for securing your servers and for all traffic they send or receive. Prohibited uses include operating open proxies or open mail relays, sending spam or phishing from or referencing your servers, hosting CSAM or other illegal content, and running large-scale scanning or attack tools. Crypto-mining is permitted only where expressly included in your plan and it does not degrade shared resources or violate applicable energy or regulatory requirements.

4.2 EA (Edge Acceleration) / Content Delivery

You may only distribute content you own or are authorized to distribute. Prohibited uses include serving or caching infringing or illegal content, using the service to shield the origin of malicious activity, and misrepresenting origins or attacking origin servers.

4.3 GlobalLink (Cross-region private network acceleration / interconnect)

Dedicated network capacity may only be used for lawful business traffic between your own locations and services. Prohibited uses include reselling or sharing capacity without authorization, using the connection to attack third parties, and transmitting illegal content.

4.4 anyflows (AI API aggregation and relay)

You may use the relay only for your own authorized applications. Prohibited uses include: generating, storing, or distributing illegal or harmful content through upstream models; attempting to bypass, circumvent, or evade model providers' geographical, rate, content, or safety restrictions, or using the service in violation of any upstream provider's terms; sharing, reselling, or leasing your API keys or access to third parties; using the service for fraud, phishing, scams, spam, or mass automated abuse; and attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the relay's filtering, logging, or routing.

4.5 Weiyang (AI agents)

Agent-based Services are subject to the same restrictions as anyflows. You are responsible for the actions your agents perform on your behalf, including automated account actions, purchases, messaging, and content publication. You may not use agents to carry out any activity prohibited by this AUP or applicable law.

5.1 We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, throttling, suspending, or terminating Services or accounts, without notice where necessary to protect the network or comply with law.

5.2 You are responsible for violations of this AUP committed by anyone using your account, whether or not authorized by you.

5.3 Services suspended or terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy), and prepaid fees may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

5.4 We may cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities and provide information about activity that appears to violate the law.
