2.1 Information you provide: account details (name, email address, organization, country); billing information (processed by payment providers such as HantePay; we generally do not store full card numbers); content of support and sales inquiries; information submitted through order and quotation forms.

2.2 Service usage data: configurations, resource usage, traffic and request logs, API usage, and technical metadata necessary to operate, secure, and bill the Services. Where you use AI-related services, the inputs you send and outputs you receive may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers as part of service delivery.

Processing of such content is subject to the applicable provider's terms, and you should review them where your data is sensitive. We process requests only to deliver the service and do not use your content to train our models unless we say otherwise and obtain consent.

We and the service providers above operate globally. Your personal data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for such transfers.
